About the Role:
The Marketing Manager supports the Sales and Marketing Department in coordinating and executing marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising initiatives for the Resort, its Outlets, and Serenity by the Spa.
This is a hybrid position, allowing for approximately 80% remote work with on-site presence required around 20% of the time-specifically for content shoot days, special events, or during extended absences of the Director of Marketing.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple marketing priorities while working both independently and collaboratively with on-property teams and external partners.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.
Experience:
A minimum of two years in hospitality marketing, media relations, or agency setting required
Licenses and Certificates:
None required.
